Import from SierraChart (Futures)

Guide to bringing your SierraChart futures trade list into Trader Leap.

How to export

1. Open the Trade Activity Log (Trade → Trade Activity Log, or Ctrl+Shift+A).
2. Click the "Trades" tab at the top of the window.
3. Set the period with the [DisplaySettings] button, if needed.
4. Go to File → Save Log As and save it as a .txt file.

Use "Save Log As", not "Export". The Export option saves unadjusted prices. Save Log As preserves the prices as displayed.

How to import

1. In Trader Leap, go to Import and upload the file.
2. At the mapping step, use Auto-detect or map the columns manually — to reuse the mapping on future imports, click Save as Template before moving on.
3. Review the preview and confirm.
